Give yourself a mid-year review and reset with these 31 July journal prompts.

It’s hard to believe that we’re already in July.
It feels like yesterday when I was snuggled up in my cozy sweater, writing about January journal prompts.
Where did all the time go?
Before we dive into summer bliss, let’s take a moment to review and reflect on how our year has been so far.
What I like about a mid-year reflection is that it encourages us to pause, think and reset ourselves. It helps us assess our progress, revisit what we’ve learned, celebrate our milestones, and set new goals for the next half of the year.
These July prompts are dedicated to mid-year reflection to help you deep dive into what’s been working well or needs improvement, and guide you towards making decisions that continue to align with your goals and vision.
