About

Hello! I’m Helen

Welcome to my little corner of the internet!

Caleidoscope is a space for personal growth, self-reflection and journaling.

I started this blog because I needed somewhere to figure things out. Writing became how I processed the noise, journaling became how I got honest with myself, and somewhere along the way I realised I wasn’t the only one feeling this way.

Here you’ll find self-improvement tips, journal prompts for every season of life, and creative journaling inspiration to help you live with more intention and feel more like yourself.

A little about me: I’m Helen, a blogger, coach and content creator, and a lover of all things cozy, creative and intentional. I believe growth and creativity go hand in hand, and at Caleidoscope I get to share both!

The best way I’ve found to quiet it down is to talk to my inner critic like I talk to a friend. Learn to understand its approach and where it’s coming from. By doing so, that voice has turned from defensive to supportive, understanding, and growth.
