Find more joy and contentment with these 31 August journal prompts.

Let’s talk about happiness.
A topic that we don’t talk about enough.
With the hustle and bustle, and endless lists of tasks and responsibilities, happiness tends to be the last thing that’s on our mind.
But what if we put happiness as our first priority? Could this change our story, energy and experiences?
Happiness, according to Merriam Webster, is defined as “a state of well-being and contentment.”
It’s a vague and broad definition, but I can see why.
We all have our own unique definition of happiness. For some, happiness could mean spending quality time with family, while for others it’s a vacation to the South of France.
So, what does happiness mean to you?
This August, I invite you to journal on the idea of happiness and what it really means to you. I’ve designed 31 journal prompts to help deepen your self-discovery experience, identify any obstacles that might get in the way of your happiness, and discover ways to bring more joy in your life.
