It’s not just about love and friendship, but also a time for reflection and introspection. With the rush of New Year energy calming down, we can finally check-in with ourselves and evaluate how we’re feeling with life and the direction we’re headed in.
So, how are we doing so far?
What are your thoughts about this new year?
February is a chance for us to assess our progress towards the goals and resolutions we created in January, and make adjustments so we can stay intentional and aligned to our vision.
In this post, I’d like to share with you 29 February journal prompts to help you reflect, gain clarity, and stay intentional about your goals.
Also included are some deep questions on love, friendship, and relationships to help you cultivate more love and acceptance with yourself and others.

How to use these journal prompts
There is no right or wrong way to journaling or completing these journal prompts.
Feel free to complete these journal prompts in the order that it’s in or pick one that piques your curiosity. Alternatively, you can do one prompt a day until the end of the month. I’ve added an extra prompt to account for leap year.
February Journal Prompts
February invites you to slow down and reconnect with yourself and the people who matter most. These February journal prompts focus on self-love, relationships, emotional reflection, and nurturing meaningful connections. You will get have the chance to reflect and reassess your goals and resolutions, and actions you need to take to achieve them.

- What are your intentions for February? Create a plan and map out your action steps.
- What emotion triggers you the most? What impact does it have on your growth and relationships with yourself and others?

- What’s your current self-care routine? How is it serving you and others in your life?
- Describe a recent new connection.
