Things to note when booking your session
  • Depending on each person’s needs, the average number of sessions ranges from about 3-12.
  • The rates are $150 per 60 minute session and will take place online via Google Meetup.
  • You are required to complete a short questionnaire form before booking a session.
  • Please note that these sessions should not be a replacement of any medical or therapy appointments. No medical advice will be given at the session.
  • For medical or specialist assistance, please consult your medical and/or mental healthcare professional. My coaching sessions are not covered by insurance.
  • All paid sessions are final sale. Refunds not available.
